Super-Charged FUB Automation
Use the triggers listed above to apply tags in FUB. When the tags are applied they can be used as triggers for FUB (or Zapier, or Make) automation, which will greatly expand the automation capabilities of those platforms.
Automatically Reassign Leads when the Assigned Agent is M.I.A.
The FUB automation builder can apply a tag (ex: #Assigned Agent Activity) when the assigned agent logs a call, sends a text or email, or creates a note.
Run a FUB action plan (or Zap workflow) when a new lead comes in to reassign the lead after a certain timeframe if the #Assigned Agent Activity tag hasn't been applied yet.
Optimized Smart Lists
The FUB automation builder can also populate data to custom fields from any of the triggers listed above.
Currently, FUB smart lists have some limitations. Building a smart list based on last activity isn't ideal as a call from a lender will drop the contact off the assigned agent's smart list.
Instead, use the automation builder to populate a date to an Assigned Agent Last Call Date custom field, and use that field for your assigned agent's smart lists.
